On WindowsNT/2000, DeleGate automatically starts to run as a service
(as a background process) by default,
when invoked from the command prompt without -v or -f option.
To stop and/or remove a DeleGate running as a service with
-Pxxxx option, enter "delegated -Pxxxx"
at the command prompt and answer to the simple query from the DeleGate.
On Windows95/98, DeleGate runs as a foreground process only.
