Welcome to the DeleGate mailing list in English. 
Although the plenary DeleGate mailing list (delegate@etl.go.jp)
does not restrict its official language, almost all of articles
are written in Japanese, then non-Japanese users may feel that
they are excluded. So I am prepairing another mailing-list on
DeleGate where English is the official language. 

How To Join

Currently, you cannot subscribe the mailing-list to get automatic
deliverly of messages posted to the list. :-O But you can freely
post and read articles in the following way. 

How To Post

Send your message to delegate-en@smtpgate.etl.go.jp. 

How To Read

The articles of the mailing-list are accessible via some protocols: 

   HTTP: "http://wall.etl.go.jp/mail-lists/delegate-en/". 
   NNTP: "news://wall.etl.go.jp/mail-lists.delegate-en" or 
   "nntp://wall.etl.go.jp/mail-lists.delegate-en".
